Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Universal Orlando Resort is the setting for our photographic post today on one of their Prime Value resorts, the Cabana Bay Beach Resort. Last year I was privileged to be able to visit the resort and spend a couple of nights there, and I really liked it. In today’s post, I’m going to share with you a few of the photos I took while at the resort, with the hope being that I convey to you why you should consider it for your next trip to Universal.
The lobby features a nice palm tree centerpiece, and within the lobby, there’s a lot going on! In addition to your normal check-in locations, you’ve got bell services for checking your luggage, a gift shop, the Swizzle Lounge, along with plenty of seating to just relax for a spell.
Cabana Bay Beach Resort features four main buildings as well as two towers over on the Volcano Bay side of the resort. The nice thing is that the resort has it’s own private walkway to Volcano Bay Water Park, and only guests of Cabana Bay can use that entrance to the park.
Cabana Bay has several buildings for rooms, as you would imagine, including the Castaway, Thunderbird, Starlight, the Americana, and the Continental buildings. The Americana and the Continental feature the towers.
This is just a brief look at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort. I really enjoyed my stay here, and it whet my whistle to take my family here for a true Universal vacation.
