Mike is a very organized and thorough travel agent, he does not forget a detail. Besides making your hotel stay Mike also makes dinner reservations and fast pass reservations when staying on a Disney property. Both my daughter and myself have food allergies and when we would check in at a restaurant they would already know. It was fabulous. Mike also remembers what holiday or birthday you celebrating.
